Situation
Herpro needed a food delivery and e-commerce platform that served three user types in one system: customers, merchants, and logistics operators. The founding team had no product infrastructure in place.
Task
Manage the full product development from zero. Define the product requirements, build the roadmap, and lead the build through to completion.
Action
We started with the PRD and development roadmap. The original brief called for everything in a single app, but the complexity of serving three distinct user types in one interface would have created a poor experience for all of them. We redefined the architecture into two apps: one for merchants and logistics, and a separate customer-facing app. From there, we managed the full development lifecycle across both apps, from design through to completion.
